Here are some popular FAQs. Links to all store terms and policies are on the bottom.

Q: What will the cards look like?
A: Each month, a new design will be created. Since every card will be hand printed, the way the ink touches the paper will be unique from one card to another. These cards will be exclusive to our subscriptions so you will never see these designs in any store. All cards will be standard sizes that - on their own - can be mailed with regular postage.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Domestic shipping is $3.25 per month. International shipping is $6.00 per month.

Q: How and when are the cards sent?
A: Cards will be packaged in recycled cardboard mailers via the US Postal Service. All orders will be shipped out on the 1st of each month. Cards should arrive to your mailing address within 2-5 business days for within the US and 4-10 days for countries other than the US.

Q: When will I receive my first card?
A: When you place your order, please go to www.totapress.com and check the top right corner to see when the next mailing will be.

Q: Can I gift a subscription?
A: Yes! We will send a gift subscription notice in the mail to let them know when they will receive their first mailing and for how long. Please make sure to 1. add a note that this is a gift in "Add special instructions to merchant" in PayPal and 2. enter in the recipient's mailing address for "Ship to" in PayPal. You can include a message for the recipient in the "Add special instructions to merchant" in PayPal and I will be sure to include that too.

Q: How do I purchase more than 1 subscription?
A: There can only be 1 mailing address per order. To place orders for multiple shipping addresses, please place a new order for each address.

Q: How do I pay?
A: We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal. All payments are secure, because it all goes through PayPal. You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store.

Q: Do you have a privacy policy?
A: At TOTA Press, we value your privacy when shopping online and we will never pass on your details to any other company. Furthermore, your email address will only be used by us to contact you in regards to your order.
